This joint guide to the records of Philadelphia Yearly Meeting deposited at Swarthmore and Haverford Colleges is an updated and more detailed sequel to the printed Guide published by Philadelphia Yearly Meeting in 1989. The 1989 Guide to Records is still available and contains most of the information offered on this web site. The web publication will be updated in the future as new deposits are added to the collections.

Researchers will please note that access to original records is limited and that microfilm copies are usually available at both libraries. The records themselves remain the property of the originating meetings or their successors. However, all questions about access should be directed to the depository of the originals, as noted in the individual finding aids.
