Annual library book sale is fantastic success
Swarthmore College Library's annual book sale was a fantastic success this year. The library raised almost $2000 - the most ever! - which will help support library events and exhibits, as well as support our sister library, the Southern University of New Orleans. Kudos to student organizers, lead by Kathy Humani, and librarians Pam Harris and Meg Spencer, who helped to make this much-loved family weekend tradition such a success. Thanks also to everyone who donated books, and to everyone who stopped by the booksale to find bargains and one-of-a-kind treasures.
