IPCC Fourth Assessment Report (2007)
The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) is a group of scientists charged by the World Health Organization (WHO) to summarize the state of climate change science. The AR4 established unequivocally that anthropogenic greenhouse gases are responsible for global warming. These are the 3 major thrusts in this report.

Provides data and analyses about the supply, consumption, distribution, and price of energy in the United States. Detailed weekly, monthly, and annual reports cover major sources of energy - petroleum, natural gas, coal, electricity, and various forms of renewable energy. Reference tools are abundant. The International Energy Agency (IEA) acts as energy policy advisor to 26 member countries currently focuses on “Three E’s” of balanced energy policy making: energy security, economic development and environmental protection.
