Carrels are available on a first-come, first served basis. Non-thesis writers may apply, but will only be assigned a study carrel if one is still available after thesis requests are satisfied.

There is no limit to the number of requests. Please place your requests in order of need since they might not all be processed in the same day.
Most interlibrary loan items are delivered within five to ten business days.
After you are notified your item has arrived, pick it up at the circulation desk in McCabe Library. Some items must be used in the library. Journal articles are sent to you in campus mail or electronically through the Ariel system.

Each thesis topic is unique, and there is no step-by-step process which applies to every thesis. Faculty and librarians are excellent resources employ.
